Production Toei Animation anime adaptation of the manga by Oda Eiichiro's super popular, One Piece, is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. In order to commemorate the record company Avex, which has released the DVD/Blu-ray (and the VHS cassette in the early days of exposure) from the anime, today has been posting a 26-minute video featuring his famous scene 15.
