46th edition of the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump published by Shueisha on Saturday announced that work on the adaptation of Masashi Kishimoto will be a stage play that has been approved. Production will begin next March at AIIA Theater, Tokyo, Japan.
The drama becomes part of Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project (Project Opening New Era Naruto) which continues after the original manga that will be finished next month.
Masashi Kishimoto's manga magazine has socialized Ninja Weekly Shonen Jump published by Shueisha ynag since 1999, and Shueisha will publish a compilation of all 71 volumes in Japan on November 4. Viz Media published the 67th volume in North America this week. This series is ranked 4th of 10 famous Shonen Jump manga titles category sales volume in 2012.
The series has been adapted in the form of anime and gaming. Naruto Shippuden anime is still airing, and a movie called The Last -Naruto-movie that will air in Japan on December 6.
